Mediterranean Dairy Capretto Leg Roast
Indulge in a succulent Capretto Leg, infused with the aromatic essence of garlic, paprika, and oregano. Perfect for family gatherings or a cozy night in.
Serves 3-4 people
Ingredients
- 1 x Dairy Capretto Leg
- 1 x Oven bag
- 3 x cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 1/2 Lemon
- 2 tbsp Oregano
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to season
- Carrots and potatoes for roasting
Preparation
- Step 1 Preheat oven to 170°C.
- Step 2 Add Capretto shoulder to oven bag.
- Step 3 Add all seasoning and vegetables to oven bag and then place in a tray, secure the bag closed and poke four holes in the bag.
- Step 4 Cook for 45mins - 1 hour or until golden brown.
- Step 5 Serve with roasted carrots and potatoes.
