Asian Style Capretto Shoulder Roast
Indulge in the succulent flavors of this Asian-Style Capretto Shoulder Roast, where tender meat is infused with aromatic ginger, zesty soy sauce, and sweet honey.
Serves 3-4 people
Ingredients
- 1 x Dairy Capretto Shoulder
- 1 x Oven bag
- 1 x tbsp finely grated fresh ginger
- 4 x tsp chinese five spice
- 3 x tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 2 x tbsp soy sauce
- 3 x tbsp honey
- 1 x fresh lemongrass (whole)
- 1x Fresh chilli diced
- 3 x tbsp Olive oil
- Chives (to garnish)
Preparation
- Step 1 Preheat oven to 170°C.
- Step 2 Add the Capretto shoulder to the oven bag.
- Step 3 Add all the ingredients to the oven bag and place in a tray. Secure the bag closed and poke four holes in the bag.
- Step 4 Cook for 45mins - 1 hour or until golden brown.
- Step 5 Serve with fresh jasmine rice and bok choy, garnish with chives.
