Capretto Dumplings
Capretto Dumplings showcase tender minced goat meat that we season with a savoury-sweet Asian-inspired blend of soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce, fresh ginger, garlic, and chives.
Serves 3-4 people
Ingredients
- 500g capretto mince
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
- 1 tbsp chopped ginger
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- Pepper to taste
- 30 dumpling wrappers
Preparation
- Step 1 Combine all ingredients (except dumpling wrappers) in a bowl and mix until well combined
- Step 2 Wrap the dumplings according to the packaging instructions
- Step 3 Cook using a bamboo steamer for 8-10 minutes
