Slow Roasted Capretto Leg
This beautiful dairy capretto roast is worth very minute it takes to prepare. Just simple, great quality ingredients make this dish a classic to make for many years to come.

Ingredients
- 1.3kg goat leg with bone
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 3 sprigs of Rosemary
- juice from 1 lemon
- Olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Dried oregano
Preparation
- Step 1 Preheat your oven to 180°C
- Step 2 Rub in salt and pepper. Make small incisions throughout the meat and put inside garlic and rosemary
- Step 3 Bake covered in the oven for two hours, uncover and continue baking until crispy and browned on the outside and you can see the meat separating from the bone
- Step 4 Serve with baked potatoes, charred brussels sprouts and greens.
